I woke up this morning and didn’t feel like making coffee, so I thought I would take advantage of my annual free birthday drink at Starbucks. I typically go a few days after my birthday, but this year, it just worked out that I went a day early. Much to my surprise, the window of time to receive your freebie has shrunk to just a few days. Apparently, this change went into effect some time ago, but I hadn’t heard. (mostly since I only celebrate my birthday once a year – go figure)
